World production of fruit and vegetables has
experienced a remarkable increase. Output
has been growing at an annual rate of approximately
3 percent during the last decade. But,
beyond their monetary value, fruit and vegetables
play an important role in improving diets.
WHO and FAO recommend a minimum of
400 g of fruit and vegetables per day – excluding
starchy root crops – for the prevention of
chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer
and diabetes, and for the prevention and alleviation
of several micronutrient deficiencies.Fruits and vegetables is the main important for us cause it's fulfill our nutrition.So we need to these item everyday..
